Dr. P. Sundaresan, ICMR Emeritus Scientist, Department of Genetics, AMRF, presented a poster on “Functional Analysis of GUCY2D Mutant: An Intrinsic Cause of Leber’s Congenital Amaurosis” at the Annual Meeting of ARVO 2025, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. This year, the meeting was themed “i3: Imagining Innovation and Intelligence in Vision Science.”

Dr. Senthilkumari Srinivasan, Scientist, Ocular Pharmacology, AMRF, participated in the Annual Meeting of ARVO 2025, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. She presented a paper titled “Hsa-MiR-483-3p Regulates the Extracellular Matrix Proteins via TGFβ2/SMAD4 Signalling in Glucocorticoid-responsive Human Trabecular Meshwork Cells” in one of the glaucoma sessions on “Glaucoma: Aqueous Outflow Cell Biology, Fibrosis, and Wound Healing.” Her work was selected as the Hot Topic of ARVO 2025.
